Q: I registered my child and haven't heard from anyone.  When will I know what team they are on?
A:  Once registration has ended, we will form teams.  You should know about a week after the registration deadline.

Q: What days will my child's games be on?
A:  All games are on Saturdays

Q:  What days and times will my child have practice?
A:  Practices vary per coach and depend on field availability.  Most teams practice once a week for approximately an hour. 

Q:  Does my child need shin guards and cleats?
A: Your child MUST have shin guards to practice and play games. They must also have soccer socks to cover them. If you can find cleats small enough to fit, it will only benefit them to have them.   

Q: I want my child to play with a certain child or coach?  Is this possible?
A:  We do our very best to grant all requests, but sometimes it just doesn't work out.


Q: What size ball does my child need? 
A:  Size 5 Ages 12 and up 
     Size 4 Ages 8 and 12 years 
     Size 3 Under 8 years 

Q:  My child is 5 and is playing in the U7 division.  How is this right?
A:   The "U" stands for UNDER.   So it's UNDER 7 meaning in this scenario the child is 6.  Your 5 year old child will turn 6 in that same year whether it's during the season or December 31.  

Q:  I have created a profile but it says "no programs available".
A:  Your child is too young to play that season. 

** Soccer runs Fall to Spring and is based on birthyear.  So if  a child is born in 2014, whether their birthday is January 1, 2014 or December 31, 2014 they will be in the same age group.  

Refund Policy:

Refunds for registrations, excluding late fees, will be made in the following situations upon written request:

·         A full registration refund will be granted anytime up to ten days prior to the first scheduled team event for the season and/or a uniform has not been ordered.

·         A full registration refund minus $10 per player administration fee if less than ten days before teams are selected.

·         A full registration refund minus $25 will be made after uniform orders have been placed.
No Refunds after the first games have been played!
